The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, with all original tags, packaging, and accessories included.

How to Return:
1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at prince.ca22@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and reason for return.
2. Return Authorization: We will send you return instructions and a return authorization.
3. Pack the Item: Please ensure the products are securely packed in their original packaging or a safe alternative to prevent damage during shipping.
4. Ship the Item: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refunds & Exchanges:
Refunds: After we receive the returned item, we will inspect it, and a refund will be credited within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges: If you wish to exchange your products for a different model, we will assist with the exchange process once we receive the returned item within 5-7 days. Any price difference or shipping charges will be applicable. The exchange products will be delivered then in the next 5-7 days.
Defective or Damaged Items:
If your products are damaged or defective upon arrival, an unboxing video is mandatory for processing your damage claim. The video should clearly show the condition of the product during the unboxing, including the packaging and any visible damage.
Claim Timeline: Please submit the unboxing video and your claim within 48 hours of receiving your order to ensure that we can process the return or replacement efficiently.
If the item is confirmed to be damaged during shipping, we will cover return shipping costs and replacement product will be delivered within 5-6 working days.
